By creating an account or purchasing a Founding Member plan, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

• A free account is required before upgrading.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.

2. Plans & Payments

• Starter: Free forever with limited features.
• Founding Member Lifetime Deal: A one‑time payment (currently $19) that grants full access for the lifetime of the Learnerpath service.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; pricing may change for future users, but Founding Member purchases are final.
• All Lifetime purchases are non‑refundable.

3. Lifetime Plan Disclaimer

• “Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the Learnerpath service, not the user’s lifetime.
• If Learnerpath discontinues, merges, or pivots, Founding Member plans may be honored in the best way reasonably possible.
• Features included today (unlimited paths, AI generations, analytics, badges, community sharing, etc.) will remain available to Founding Members at no further charge, but functionality may evolve as the product develops.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Learnerpath to:

• Share illegal, abusive, or harmful content.
• Attempt to hack, copy, or misuse the service.

5. Intellectual Property

• Learnerpath tools, designs, and software are owned by us.
• Users own their created learning paths and uploaded content.

6. Service Availability

• Learnerpath strives for 99% uptime but may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or unforeseen issues.
• We may enhance, add, or retire features at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Learnerpath is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect damages, lost learning time, or lost opportunities arising from use.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violating these Terms or misuse.
